Delivery Cost & Times

To work out your shipping cost simply add your items to your cart, fill out your shipping address, and preferred shipping method. Cost will vary depending on your order total and the shipping method you choose.

Most in-stock, credit approved orders placed before 12pm will be shipped on the same business day.

Standard shipping times are:

VIC, NSW, SA & ACT metro areas - Overnight
QLD & TAS metro areas - 2 Days
WA & NT metro areas - 5 Days

Any areas outside of these have a possibility of an extra day.

Please note:

We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

There may be slightly longer processing times during sale periods and public holidays due to high volumes.

Free Shipping

Trade / Wholesale:

Spend $1000 (excl. GST) to qualify for free Standard Delivery.
*Additional charges may apply for Regional locations.

Retail:

Spend $150 (incl. GST) to qualify for free Standard Delivery.

Please note: the above free shipping thresholds only include our Standard Delivery options, they do not include any expedited shipping options.

Tracking

Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you with your shipping confirmation and is also available under ‘My Orders’ in the My Account section of the website.

On Delivery of Goods

Please check received goods against the packing slip within 10 business days of receiving.

This is especially important if the goods are to be printed, washed, dyed, relabelled, or decorated, as picking errors can occur. If you find a picking error before the order is printed, we can replace the affected items. However, once the goods are printed, we cannot exchange or refund them.

We do not cover the cost of any branding or decoration under any circumstances. If you are ordering and sending goods to a third party for branding, they will need to check the order on your behalf before proceeding with any work.
